  • We do not accept insurance but we can provide a superbill after the session. Please let your therapist know so we can email you a copy.

  • We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and gift certificates.

    A card on file is required to book an appointment, however you will not be charged until the end of the session. Payment processing will be in any form you choose.

  • Walk-in appointments are not available. Please check our schedule to book an appointment in advance.

    If you are interested in a same day appointment but aren’t able to book online please contact us as we may be able to schedule a time for you.

  • If you are running late please call or text us to let us know when you expect to arrive. We will try our best to provide as much time for your session but cannot guarantee your full session time as we need to be considerate of timing for the next appointment. Clients are expected to pay for the full scheduled session.

  • Appointments can be managed in your account portal. For late cancellations please call, text or email us.

    Cancellations without 24 hour notice may result in a charge for your session. Please review our policy page for additional information.

  • Tips are always appreciated but never required. We believe in accessible massage to encourage self care. Prioritizing your health and wellness shouldn't be a financial burden.

  • Whether you would like to talk during the session or take the time to have a quiet relaxation session, our therapist will take their ques from you.
